Sharing a room

This is the first night we put Gabe in Bree's room...Gabe had been asleep for about 45 minutes and Bree was so good about being quiet as we sang songs and said prayers...and then ten minutes later I thought I heard laughing? This is what I found:

I think it's going to be a bit of a transition...I'm just expecting the worst for the morning! (Not to be pessimistic, just knowing that he'll probably wake her up, or she'll wake him up and it will take a few weeks for them to get used to each other's noises! And if I expect the worst I can only be delightfully surprised! But don't think that I live my life expecting the worst :) By "expecting the worst" I mean that anything can happen, so I'd better be ready!)

What cute little stinkers! And you are so brave to put them in the same room already. I'm not even going to attempt that for a few more months, because I'm worried about what Will would do. Good luck!

oh how cute. She must love her brother. And they look EXACTLY alike at 5 months! I love your dance class story, too. Dancing will never be the same again in our gloriously "powerful" mommy bodies.

I am here because I love you, not because I was requested to leave a post. I love those cute grandchildren. I wish grandpa could have jumped into the crib with them!

You are a great mother, sweetheart.

That is precious!!! Bree is such a loving sister. It moves me when siblings are that sweet. I agree with Kristin-I can't wait until Will is more loving to Kayla. But, they are already angels.

Jess,

You handled that situation so well. You are the greatest, and we love your little children. We are thrilled for our own children to sleep in one another's cribs!
