Go daddy!

This past weekend Robbie did a 10 mile race! He signed up with several of his friends a few months ago, and though he wasn't able to train totally like he wanted, he still did awesome!! We were so proud of daddy! Even though we forgot to bring the sign we had made for him :( It was on this trail that used to be a train track...so it was just cut out of the trees...so beautiful! Nicole and I barely made it to the finish line to see our hubbies finish (that's another story!). We were so proud of our men! I only wished I ran it with him! We're going to try and find a race to do while we're in Costa Rica!!
I have been meaning to post these next pictures for the past month or so...just some fun highlights of our past couple of months: Bree started Pre-school! (A little coop that I do with a few other moms...it's been SO FUN!!) Funny story, we were at Costco and there was a table of pajamas. Bree had been needing some and so I was looking through the pile; there were purple ones with crowns and jewels, there were pink ones with ballet slippers, and then there were these green ones with balls all over them. I grabbed them before she saw the others and said, "Whoa cool! How about these!" Bree was kindof excited, and then I saw some for Gabe and said, "You could be twiners with Gabe!" Then she was way excited. When we got home she was so excited to wear them. I was thinking, "Yes! Success!" (Nothing against all the princess stuff, I just want her to be well rounded...and she has a little too much "princess" influence sometimes!) But after putting them on she went straight to her room, got a necklace, bracelets, and her princess shoes... :) Well, I tried!
One of Bree and Gabe's favorite games is Bree will go to the far end of the room and she'll run straight for Gabe. He gets the biggest smile on his face and then laughs hysterically when she tickles him...one of those things you love to watch as a mom.

Never a dull moment around here!

That is awesome about the pj's! I was thinking you were being insanely frugle and were thinking ahead so Gabe could have some hand-me-downs! haha ;) I just got to do that for Caleb.. Lana had some Lightning McQueen and Buzz Lightyear jammies that Caleb is now wearing :) so nice! haha

What a beautiful place to race! Good job Robbie! :)

I was sad we didn't get to see you guys- I will send over the pics I took. I tried to get one of everyone as they crossed. Go Robbie.

That looks so beautiful! Those trees are amazing! Your kids are so cute. I love the story about the PJ's. Marin has lately been telling me about "boy" colors and "girl" colors. She hasn't wanted to wear anything red because apparently it is a boy color. Hopefully I have a boy someday to wear sports PJ's!

Bree looks so much older! Her hair is gorgeous and obviously she is well rounded if she will wear ball jammies and then accessorize!;)

I love it when my kids play together, too. I always try and tell moms that are scared of having more than one that two is so much easier because they keep each other entertained. I bet Bree is a great older sister.

GO ROBBIE! Bree's hair is so long and beautiful! She is really getting big. Robbie emailed Matt about Bree's comment that Cole would be "too scared" to marry her. We had a good laugh with her funny comment! Tell Bree we will work with Cole so he won't be scared but so excited instead!

When do you leave for Costa Rica!!!? I met someone that knows you. But I can't remember her name right now. I am teaching a dance class for moms and she is one of the moms taking my class. Love ya.
